Staff IDs take up to one week to process and will be available for pick up from the Welcome Desk.

Student ID Pickup Locations

Who gets an ID?

All students currently enrolled in a full-time, part-time, apprenticeship and/or an online program can obtain an ID card. IDs are valid for the length of your program.

All current staff should also have an ID.

Why get an NBCC ID?

• ID cards may be required for students and staff on campus.
• Many business such as public transit, grocery and drug stores also offer student discounts. 
• Your ID may be required for Student Union activities and events.

Does my Student ID provide access to campus?

Yes, you can show your ID to access campus after hours.

What do I do if I lose my Student ID?

To request a replacement ID, please re-submit the online Student ID form. A new ID will be printed for you.
