Request your NBCC Staff ID here

Staff IDs take up to one week to process and will be available for pick up from the library.
Note: Fredericton & Moncton staff IDs can be picked up at the Welcome Desk.

ID printing can take up to one week from the submission date.

Who gets an ID?

All students currently enrolled in a full-time, part-time, apprenticeship and/or an online program can obtain an ID card. IDs are valid for the length of your program.

All current staff should also have an ID.

Why get an NBCC ID?

  • ID cards may be required for students and staff on campus.
  • Many business such as public transit, grocery and drug stores also offer student discounts. 
  • Your ID may be required for Student Union activities and events.

Does my Student ID provide access to campus?

Yes, you can show your ID to access campus after hours.
