This year, the health plan includes mywellness, (select NBCC from the drop down menu.) Through myWellness you can access support resources, an anonymous mental health assessment, and a toolbox full of helpful solutions.
The goal of The Link Program is to give an individual experiencing any kind of issues an opportunity to access a service through the Helping tree. Requesting the support of a Link companion, or of a trusted person, is also recommended.
CMHA facilitates access to the resources people require to maintain and improve mental health and community integration, build resilience, and support recovery from mental illness.
